Hello,

a bit about me:

I am a Training & Development (T&D) leader who develops engaging and effective online learning experiences. 

 

I use my creativity, collaboration, and communication skills to develop a clear vision for my team—and then mobilize my team to accomplish our goals. I don’t shy away from doing things differently, but I always ensure that my team and I are making data-driven and research-based decisions. 


I am a proactive and transparent communicator who excels at collaborative decision making and robust project management I focus on the sustainability of projects, resources, and staffing. I am particularly adept at strategic and long-term planning, while also ensuring progress on initiatives in the short-term.


I have rich experience working with adult learners and designing with accessibility, universal design, and equity at the center of training. I am particularly skilled at scaffolding complex topics to facilitate learning. 

As a T&D leader, I achieve cultural change within the teams and organizations I work with by pushing training past awareness and knowledge transfer. I help clients identify and implement the policy and habit changes necessary to support their organizational culture and DEI goals.
